Tognini and Ghezzi Building
Cayucos, CA

The Tognini and Ghezzi Building has the distinction of being Cayucos' first historic property listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1907, this property is a well-preserved early twentieth century Commercial Style building on Cayucos' main street, N. Ocean Ave.
Significant for both its architecture and its association with commercial history, it operated as a general store and serves as an important reminder of Cayucos' commercial history.


Manzanola United Methodist Church
Manzanola, CO
Listed in the National Register of Historic Places: 11/13/2024
Manzanola United Methodist Church (MUMC) is a beautiful Gothic Revival church built in an Akron plan in 1908. The social and architectural significance of the church cannot be understated as it is a long standing building in the community and only remaining extant building associated with the community of The Dry, one of two all-Black homesteading communities in Colorado.


Summer Hill Residence
Colorado Springs, CO
Listed in the CO State Register of Historic Properties: 05/22/2024
Located in the Kissing Camels neighborhood in Colorado Springs, this mid-century ranch house built in 1952 was designed by noted architect Charles Dilbeck. Dilbeck is most well known for his distinct "Texas Ranch Style." The Summer Hill Residence is one of the only extant examples of Dilbeck's design in Colorado.
